The Picklet

5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. vermouth
3 slices Japanese cucumber pickle
1 tbsp. pickle juice
1 cube cucumber ice

Prepare the cucumber ice in advance by feeding a cucumber (with skin on) into a juicer. Strain, add a pinch of salt and freeze. Mix the Vodka, vermouth, and pickle juice in a shaker with regular ice and pour into a martini glass. Add a cucumber ice cube, pickle slices, and serve.
